The work we do involves deep moral failure and/or significant wounds that have either been inflicted ON the man in crisis, or BY the man in crisis.
Such as the discovery of pornography being viewed, infidelity, or a secret that has been uncovered (drug/alcohol abuse, financial mismanagement, and/or job loss).
Here to Support the Man in Crisis
After the Initial Intake phase, we focus on intensive support, guiding the man in crisis through daily check-ins, recovery meetings, and regular updates to pastors.
As the man in crisis begins to regain stability, the intensity of support decreases during what we call the Transition phase, with a focus on reintegration into church life.
Finally, the Follow-up phase ensures ongoing success by conducting monthly check-ins and collaborating with church leaders to maintain progress and prevent future crises.
